The Dollar Dog Kid's Club is a great way for Credit Union of Texas to help kids learn the importance of saving, earning, and even investing money. Kids will learn the basics of healthy saving and spending habits, and have some fun too.

When an account is opened the member is to receive a savings passbook and a membership card. The savings passbook should always come with the youth member when making a deposit.

1. Treasure Chest - Every time a member makes a deposit into their Dollar Dog account (minimum of $1) they can choose one item from the treasure chest. Child must be present to receive Dog Dollars and prizes.
   
   
2. Dog Dollars - Every time a youth member makes a deposit into their Dollar Dog account of $1 or more they will receive a "Dog Dollar". Child must be present to receive Dog Dollars and prizes.
   
   
3. What "Dog Dollars" can buy - Dollar Dog Kids Club Members can redeem "Dog Dollars" for prizes
   
   

   • Save 5 Dog Dollars and redeem for one of the current prizes. (5 Dog Dollars = 5 deposits of $1 or more).

   • Save 10 Dog Dollars and redeem for one of the current prizes. . (10 Dog Dollars = 10 deposits of $1 or more).
